I was born and raised in Switzerland. There I enjoyed an affluent career in the Swiss banking management industry for many years.

While vacationing on Maui in 1999 I met my husband Bobby. While living on Maui I was a contact agent for many rentals, which sparked my interest in the real estate industry.

After a few tropical years we eventually ended moving to the state of Washington. Having had a fondness for the real estate industry I followed my passion and acquired my real estate license in 2003. I immediately realized that this was the career for me.

I enjoyed many very successful years as a broker in the Clark County area, however, I knew that the ultimate goal was to open up our own firm. That dream came true in 2014, Bobby and I started X2 and haven’t looked back since.

I exceed at what I love to do. I am extremely detail oriented and reliable. I am fluent in English and German. I communicate every step of the process clearly with all my clients and my number one goal is to ensure all timelines are met.

When I’m not working, I enjoy gardening, attending weekly Zumba classes, watching movies, taking my classic Mustang on drives and spending time with my family and our beloved cat Bailey.

As owner and broker of X2 Realty and X2 Property Management I organize operations, rentals, pre-screening, repairs and negotiate for both real estate and property management.
 
My strengths as a communicator and organizer are used with tenants, owners, buyers and sellers.
 
Whether it is dealing with a single unit for rent or a large beautiful house for sale I will make every transaction as easy as possible.
 
My experience with minor plumbing, electrical and most home repairs make it nice for owners, whether renting, buying or selling.
 
I will get a first-hand inspection involving any problems. This is an advantage when negotiating for repairs in real estate, sales or hiring sub-contractors in property management.
 
As for fun I collect old marbles; bike ride and when I have time wrench on a classic car. You can find me working and vacationing on Maui every winter.
